If you have your Twitter Follows grouped into lists, and you want quick and easy access to them, you can authenticate into Twitter using this app, and view your lists. If you designate a default list, that list will load up first on application re-launch. That way you can view your list data as a default list. The same view takes three additional steps in the regular Twitter client. (Profile->Lists-> Desired List).
